The knowledge and experiences gathered by the Network are channeled and evaluated by the University of Hannover in Germany which is in charge of conducting accompanying research and knowledge facilitation.

Their first task involved collecting information and evidence on what changes occurred in relation to organisations which were part of the training in Person Centred Planning during the former New Paths to Inclusion project. On the basis of research material and data from the former project partners, the University of Hannover will develop an online survey to assess the sustainability of these courses.

The Network also developed the template to evaluate the good practices collected under the call for outstanding community inclusion projects in Europe. On the basis of the criteria set out in the template, the Network will organise ‘sensing journeys’ on the best examples of community inclusion and development in Europe.
